Refund policy

Payments for Alkems are processed by our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles refunds on our behalf. This policy applies to customers everywhere.

Unused credits: 14 days

You can ask for a full refund of a subscription payment or a credit pack within 14 days of the purchase if you have not used the credits it gave you. If you used part of them, we refund the unused part.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access and your credits until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• After the 14 days, payments for periods that already started are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Failed creations

If a creation fails or is blocked by our moderation, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Right of withdrawal in Europe and the United Kingdom

Credits are digital content that you can use right away. At checkout you agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Credits you have not used can still be refunded within 14 days.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@alkems.com from your account email, or use the link in your receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Accounts closed for abuse

Accounts suspended for breaking our safety and acceptable use policy are not entitled to a refund of credits used to break it.
